If you’re an art and history buff, the place you want to go to is People’s Park in the Sky. Originally named Palace in the Sky, it is an unfinished palace originally meant for former United States President Ronald Regan and his wife for their Philippine visit. But since the visit never came, the place was converted into a park and became one of the most-visited tourist spots in Tagaytay. At the core of the park is an amphitheater where you’ll see curved concrete benches. On a perfect sunny day, the park offers a 360-degree view of the Taal Lake.
